Description:
- Assists in the development, measurement and monitoring of goals, objectives, plans and policies established by the Regional Director for Service Line Administration in THMA North and facility Senior Team.
- Provides diverse, complex, and confidential services for the Hospital President and secondary support to executive team members as requested.
- Plans, develops, and implements strategic initiatives and projects as assigned.
- Coordinates and synchronizes the efforts of several multi-functional and/or geographically dispersed work teams.
- Manages strategic assignments for the Hospital President and senior team leaders, but not limited to new business opportunities; data analysis and research; coordination of consultants; compilation and review of daily and monthly reports and implementation and ongoing support of Trinity Health Leadership System.
- Serves as a liaison to Home Office and Ministry Organization leadership around performance excellence and THLS.
- Applies independent judgment and initiative on assignments that are sensitive in nature and deals effectively with high-level contacts within and outside of the institution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field,
- Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration strongly preferred.
- PMP certification preferred;
- Working Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles, techniques and outcomes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in managing several projects with associated deadlines.
This position will be on-site.
