Expedites the resolution of customer problems/complaints. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EParticipates in tradeshows by representing the organization and sharing information on products. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EAssists with client service requests by displaying confidence and by showing positive interpersonal skills to gain the trust and confidence of clients. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EDevelops an annual business plan to drive success. Has quarterly updates to ensure the plan is being executed. Tracks activities. %3C/li%3E%0A%3Cli%3EInvestigates account discrepancies.
