Experienced in effective student management techniques and the use of instructional technology
A minimum of five years of successful experience in public school teaching and/or administration, with experience in a middle school setting highly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills for working with a variety of stakeholders, including professional and support staff, students, parents, and community members.
Thoroughly conversant with and professionally committed to the middle school concept.
Ability to remain child-centered and student-oriented while attending to administrative demands.
Previous teaching experience, or knowledge of, elementary education, curriculum and staff supervision
