The Opportunity
We’re looking for a New Business Executive to join our team and play a key role in converting online enquiries into successful leads for Conveyancing and Surveys. This is a fast-paced role where your ability to communicate effectively and deliver results will make a real impact.
What you’ll be doing:
- Achieving daily call targets (typically 80–120 calls)
- Recording call outcomes accurately
- Converting enquiries into qualified leads
- Managing follow-up calls for unanswered enquiries
- Keeping all administration and CRM records up to date
- Reporting on lead conversions daily and weekly
About You
You’ll be a confident communicator with a friendly, approachable tone, able to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues. You’ll guide customers through their requirements and ensure everything is clearly documented.
You will also bring:
- GCSE or equivalent qualifications
- Proven experience in a telesales role (essential)
- Strong IT skills, including MS Office and ideally CRM systems
- Excellent understanding of customer service standards
- A professional telephone manner
- A proactive approach to personal development
- Knowledge of the domestic property market (advantageous)
