This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing systems (CRM, MAP) that manages the flow of leads within the marketing ecosystem. Defines product line strategy, business plans, identifies business opportunities, and creates functional specifications. Provides the guiding vision for the product and acts as a business leader of the product. Responsible for the definition and management of product releases and ensuring project teams meet the defined schedules.
Responsibilities
Documents business and technical requirements for lead flow systems to ensue efficient and seamless movement of leads through the marketing funnel.
Identifies and integrates marketing automation tools and CRM systems to enhance lead tracking, nurturing, and conversion processes.
Analyzes and optimizes lead management processes to improve overall efficiency.
Manages statement of work and coordinating project delivery with stakeholders from other departments.
Prepares requirements and specification for product backlog and coordinating development work with relevant cross-functional technical stakeholders and contributors.
Collaborates with cross-functional development and stakeholder teams (priorities, maintaining process, monitoring of progress).
Reviews business requirements on a regular basis with stakeholders.
Manages feature deliveries through ensuring new requirements are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Facilitates change management activities by performing impact analysis of changes and supporting launch activities, including documentation and training.
Prepares operational readiness tasks, including preparing training and user-facing documentation, rollout plans, and performing product demos to stakeholders.
Works closely with developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and business process uniformity of current and future state systems.
Collaborates with cross functional teams to align lead flow systems with overall business goals and objectives.
Ensures that systems are set up to allow marketing teams to utilize data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
Ensures a positive user experience by refining user interfaces and workflows within lead flow systems.
Provides training and support on the effective use of lead flow systems.
Ensures that lead flow systems comply with data protection regulations and implements measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Generates and communicates regular reports to stakeholders offering insights into the performance of lead flow systems and suggests improvements.
Stays informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and changes in consumer behavior to adapt lead flow systems accordingly.
Maintains comprehensive documentation of lead flow systems, processes, and configurations to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
Assists in the accomplishment of Insperity Company goals.
Helps other employees to accomplish Insperity Company goals.
Performs other duties as may be assigned by department supervisor.
Participates in the Disaster Recovery plan as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, MIS, Computer Science, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required.
Three to five years product management experience is required. A minimum of three years of demonstrated project management ability.
Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations.
Background in CRM process design and implementation.
Proficiency in Marketing Automation Platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Oracle Eloqua.
