Grand Villa of Ormond Beach is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to serve as a part-time Recreational Activities Assistant. This role will primarily focus on enhancing the quality of life for our esteemed seniors in memory care through engaging and meaningful recreational activities. The ideal candidate will be flexible with their work schedule and possess a strong background in working with memory care residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee recreational programs tailored to the needs and interests of memory care residents.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care and engagement.
- Lead and motivate staff in delivering high-quality recreational activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages resident participation and social interaction.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recreational programs and make necessary adjustments.
