Job Description:

This position is responsible for coordinating the implementation of brand compliance and brand experience topics across the ENA region, including global brand standards, audits, and training. This role ensures effective monitoring, reporting, and optimization of compliance initiatives while supporting the rollout and enhancement of brand programmes.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Using tools and creating processes that support communication, integration and alignment across regional stakeholders.
  • Oversee day-to-day operational tasks, including document management, management of internal tools/platforms, and administrative support.
  • Serve as the guardian of brand integrity, working with the Brand Managers to ensure that each Premium brand’s experience is delivered in hotels across ENA to ensure brand consistency and quality. 
  • Monitor performance through guest satisfaction metrics, audits and internal tools, highlighting areas of improvement to ensure the guest journey delivers on brand expectations.
  • Manage ENA guest-facing brand collaterals by coordinating new materials and consolidating assets from other departments (e.g. ALL, F&B) to provide a full overview of the guest journey and validate Visual Identity (VID).
  • Support initiatives that enhance personalization, emotional engagement, and brand quality.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects by tracking progress, coordinating deliverables, and preparing updates for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • University education at Bac +5 level (eg: master's degree)
  • Professional experience required: Minimum experience of 2 years in Marketing, Operations or Hotel Experience
  • Good managerial and organizational skills, working independently and being able to act self-responsible
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across departments with working in an international surrounding  
  • Be adaptable to work in a complex international group environment (matrix organisation)
  • Key understanding of the Hotel and Hospitality industry across brand segments
  • Project management skills 
  • Great communication, presentation, PowerPoint and excel skills 
  • Pro-active, creating new processes and ways of working 
  • Any additional language as French or German is a plus
