Main Tasks

• Ensures the fulfillment of HSE requirements in the line/machine
• Responsible for the right setting to assure quality and productivity targets
• Oversees the achievement of targeted OEE and supports its improvement
• Executes the changeover / set up of the tooling – supported by the team leader where applies – aiming at achieving time set for that changeover following the overall changeover guideline and product specific guideline application for the tool
• Measures and records changeover time
• Ensures display of changeover time evolution vs. SMED target
• Checks and controls maintenance intervalls of machines. Performs prescribed maintenance and cleaning tasks. Is involved and performs TPM activities
