Responsibilities:- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system specifications
- Administer and maintain business applications, ensuring stability and performance
- Perform intermediate SQL queries for data analysis and reporting
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for systems and processes
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate testing plans for new or updated system
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement system enhancements and integrations
- Utilize Microsoft Power Suite tools (Power Automate, Power BI, Forms, SharePoint) to automate workflows and improve reporting capabilities
- Provide system support for customer service applications and troubleshoot issues
- Assist in developing training materials and educating users on system functionality
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices relevant to system analysis and administration
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of Sys Analyst exp
- Intermediate SQL Query skills for data analysis and reporting
- Business analysis experience- understanding the business and how IT functions within the business
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Suite:
- Experience with technical business analysis that will help understand the overall business functions and how IT works with the business
- Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
- System administration experience supporting customer service applications
