Your Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead a wide-ranging application portfolio including ERP, shop floor, and other key business systems
- Ensure all development and enhancement activity is delivered through structured, well-governed processes
- Support the growth and evolution of the Applications function, with opportunities to shape its structure and expand capability
- Act as a key bridge between technology and the wider business, ensuring systems support user needs and long-term goals
- Play a critical role in developing the team’s capabilities and ways of working – helping build a future-ready IT function
- Work closely with the IT Director and senior stakeholders, with exposure to high-level decision-making and strategy
