  • Troubleshoot and maintain systems involving PLCs, sensors, and automation components.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices, reliability engineering, and process optimization.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
  • Experience in project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution of technical projects.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, CMMS, and PLC troubleshooting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day maintenance priorities and long-term project goals.

  • Able to work in an environment containing nuts, peanuts, dairy, grains and other allergens.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week.
  • Must be available for all shifts, nights, weekends, some holidays, occasional overtime, if necessary.
