Elevate is a multi-year, global finance transformation program aimed at modernizing and streamlining financial operations across the organization. Leveraging Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM platforms, Elevate encompasses a series of multi-phase releases that span core financial processes, technical architecture, data conversion, testing, deployment, and change management. The initiative is structured around 15 integrated workstreams and governed through strategic, tactical, and operational layers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.

The Project-to-Close (P2C) Workstream Team Lead is responsible for assisting in leading the functional delivery of the P2C workstream within the Elevate program. This role oversees a team of analysts, helps in driving solution design and configuration, manages stakeholder communications, and ensures successful execution across all phases of the release lifecycle. The Team Lead serves as a liaison between business sponsors, technical teams, and program leadership, ensuring alignment with governance structures and program objectives.

 

Reporting Structure & Collaboration:

  • The Elevate initiative is a matrixed project.
    • For HR reporting, the Workstream Team Lead will report to the Senior Workstream Manager 
    • For the P2C workstream day-to-day tactical and operational work, the Workstream Team Lead will report to the P2C GPO.
  • Engages with workstream leads across functional, technical, and change domains.
  • Participates in governance forums and interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Functional Leadership & Team Management:
    • Act as line manager for workstream analysts providing mentoring, and performance reviews.
    • Oversee day-to-day work of P2C workstream analysts.
    • Facilitate workshops to define and refine P2C processes.
    • Capture and document business requirements.
  • Solution Design & Configuration:
    • Assist in leading the design and configuration of P2C modules within Oracle Cloud ERP.
    • Collaborate with Global Process Owners (GPOs) and Regional Process Leads (RPLs) to ensure alignment with the process hierarchy.
    • Translate functional requirements into system specifications and RICEW objects.
  • Deliverables Oversight:
    • Support GPO in owning and managingP2C-related deliverables including:
    • Business Process Designs and Design Details
    • Global Process Variations
    • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Risk & Controls Matrices (RCMs)
    • Role Mapping and Change Impact Assessments
    • Cutover Plan & Automation
    • Integrated Readiness Framework
    • Post Go-Live Support Plan
    • Service Introduction Plan
    • Release Closure Reports
  • Release Lifecycle Coordination:
    • Drive P2C activities across Confirm, Design-Build, Test, Deploy, and Sustain phases.
    • Ensure readiness for each phase gate and coordinate acceptance with governance bodies.
    • Support testing, defect triage, and validation of P2C configurations and processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for P2C-related communications.
    • Coordinate with other workstreams and third-party vendors to manage dependencies.
    • Engage with Change Management to support training, communications, and adoption measurement.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in operational, tactical, and strategic governance forums.
    • Monitor OKRs and KPIs and contribute to the Value Scorecard for P2C.

Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across releases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in finance, accounting, or ERP project delivery.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and project management.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM, especially Project Costing Module (PPM).
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and deployment planning tools.
  • Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and KPI development.
  • Proven leadership experience managing functional teams in large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience in global rollouts, including localization and stakeholder coordination.
  • Understanding of data conversion, reconciliation, and integration mapping.
