Pricing Co-Ordinator at Ontic

Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, are now recruiting for an additional Pricing Coordinator to join our Revenue Management team. This role will be based at our Bishop’s Cleeve site.

The Role:

• Carrying out strategic pricing across a diverse product range.
• Reviewing RFQs (Requests for Quotes) and RFPs (Requests for Proposal) in a timely manner.
• Utilise our Company Pricing Tools and ERP system to support the estimation team to produce cost estimates.
• Populate quotes with pricing and cost estimates using our CRM (Customer Relations Management) system.
• Work with key stakeholders within various departments to resolve problems which prevent quote output.
• Monitor and interpret KPI’s relating to quoting.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

You’ll need to possess a high level of literacy and numeracy, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of external and internal stakeholders.

You’ll need to be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word, and ideally, you’ll have had experience working with an ERP system (though this is not essential). You’ll be flexible in your approach and able to thrive in a fast paced and busy environment whilst maintaining excellent organisational and record keeping skills.
