Client Solutions Advocate at Benecard Services, LLC

Under the direction of the Assistant VP - Client Success, this position will drive and is accountable for all facets of client support team and the client request process through a mailbox approach which emphasizes posing analytical questions, coordinating the collection of information, and collaborating with clients for mutual beneficial solutions. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage customer email boxes for BeneCard PBF and Benecard Services and respond to requests within the time agreed upon with each customer.
• Review client request and determine appropriate required action.
• Forward and manage requests sent to other operational departments.
• Accept incoming calls from clients.
• Generate Cognos reports as requested.
• Enter overrides and contact pharmacies.
• Assist Leads with questions and responses back to clients.
• Perform and document monthly quality checks on client responses to ensure they meet the companies quality standards.
• Work with other departments to ensure the client support team is up to speed with processes and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• Clinical operation or supervisory experience preferred. 
• Customer service/phone experience preferred
• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or managed care industry required.
• Ability to multi-task and use various systems efficiently.
• High school diploma or equivalent degree
