We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Owner to lead the vision, requirements, and delivery of innovative solutions that meet user needs and drive business value. This role is ideal for a passionate product leader who thrives at the intersection of technology, user experience, and stakeholder collaboration. This role reports to the product manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Champion the voice of the customer by deeply understanding and representing user needs.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders around a clear and compelling product vision.
  • Define and prioritize product features and capabilities to maximize impact.
  • Translate business and user requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • Serve as the bridge between users, stakeholders, and engineering teams.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the product, guiding its evolution and strategy.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including feedback loops, requirement gathering, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to shape feature development and roadmap prioritization.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Represent the product internally and externally, advocating for its value and direction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in end-to-end software product development and lifecycle management.
  • Strong technical foundation, with familiarity in DevOps practices and Cloud Native architectures.
  • Demonstrated success working in Agile environments, with a structured and iterative approach.
  • Track record of effective collaboration with engineering teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in customer care, supply chain or merchandising domains.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform user experiences and business processes.
