We’re now looking for a CRM Supervisor who shares our passion for partnership, growth, and excellence. 

Location: American Form, UT (Onsite)

About the Role 

The CRM Supervisor will report to our Project Management Manager and will play a key role in managing and strengthening customer relationships through data-driven insights and personalized engagement. Using RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis, you’ll segment customers into A-C groups, design loyalty programs, and develop strategies that reward our most engaged clients while helping mid-tier customers grow into top partners. 

This role blends analytics and creativity. You’ll manage the numbers behind customer behavior while crafting experiences that make our partners feel valued and connected to the TCI brand. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Analyze customer activity and segment accounts based on RFM data to understand purchasing frequency, recency, and value. 

  • Design and execute CRM campaigns that increase engagement and retention across A, B, and C customer groups. 

  • Develop loyalty initiatives, including: 

  • Exclusive previews of new product launches 

  • Volume-based rebates (3–5%) 

  • Invitations to press and marketing events, including travel and hotel accommodations 

  • Preferred partner privileges and early access to innovation updates 

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience and service consistency. 

  • Support onboarding and relationship-building for new customers, turning early partnerships into long-term success stories. 

  • Track customer metrics, satisfaction, and upgrade rates to improve CRM performance continually. 

Qualifications


What You’ll Bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, customer success, or account management. 

  • Strong analytical mindset with CRM or RFM-based segmentation experience. 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. 

  • Experience in the health, beauty, or nutraceutical industries preferred. 

  • A genuine interest in understanding customer needs and helping them grow alongside TCI.
