 What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive primary care in collaboration with supervising physicians.

  • Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices.

  • Educate patients on health management, prevention, and community wellness.

  • Perform general diagnostic and therapeutic procedures using minimally invasive techniques.

  • Document patient interactions accurately and timely in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

  • Mentor new clinical team members and support quality improvement initiatives.

  • Participate in after-hours call rotation and maintain productivity standards.

  • Advocate for Premier’s mission and contribute to community health outreach.

 Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (Family Medicine or Pediatrics focus).

  • Licensure: Current Florida APRN license; DEA license preferred or ability to obtain.

  • Certifications: Current BLS certification (required); Epic training/certification (obtain and maintain).

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years as an NP preferred.

  • Excellent communication, empathy, and collaboration skills.

  • Commitment to upholding Premier’s values of compassion, respect, and community service.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. regularly (occasionally up to 50 lbs.).

  • May sit or use a computer for extended periods.

  • Exposure to contagious diseases may occur.

  • Must be able to travel between PCHG sites when needed.
