Our Events and Trade Shows are more than gatherings-they’re brand showcases, pipeline generators, community builders, and a core component of our marketing strategy. We’re looking for an Event and Trade Show Coordinator who can elevate our brand through flawless, data-driven execution and create memorable interactions with customers and prospects.Position Duties
Manage and execute field marketing events such as tradeshows and VIP events.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales departments to define event goals
Provide on-site support during events as needed
Evaluate event success for future improvements.
Utilize event management software to streamline processes.
Assist in planning and execution of other events as needed.
Handle day-to-day administration of events and programs, including order placements, BEO reviews, vendor monitoring, travel planning, restaurant reservations and issues resolution
Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
Create and manage budgets for the trade show, including expenses for venue rental, marketing, booth construction, equipment rental, staffing, and other associated costs
work to ensure the event stays within budget constraints
Execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive booth traffic
oversee logistics such as booth setup, equipment rentals, transportation, and accommodation for exhibitors and attendees
Minimum Qualifications
Understanding of the principles of event planning, including logistics, budgeting, marketing, and execution
Knowledge of the trade show industry, including trends, best practices, and key players
Familiarity with exhibit design concepts, including booth layouts, signage, and visual appeal
Knowledge of marketing strategies for trade shows, including online promotion, social media marketing, and traditional marketing methods
Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving skills to address unexpected challenges that may arise during events
Experience working with colleagues in graphic design, sales, marketing, and communications
What You Have
3-5 years of event planning experience, with focus on trade shows
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent: Hospitality or Marketing focus preferred
Non Trade show/Corporate events is a plus
Experience with Cvent, Salesforce, Asana
Experience in the Public Sector or experience with Revenue driving events (brand awareness, lead generating events)- a nice to have!
