The NewSouth Windows Marketing Team is looking for a talented and passionate Manager of Website & Technology to create first-class and action-oriented customer experiences across our omni-channel marketing campaigns and company websites. In this role you will be responsible for building, maintaining and tracking our brand experience across web, mobile, and digital channels for NewSouth while collaborating with cross functional teams to optimize online lead generation performance. Core areas of focus for this role include website UI/UX prototyping and design, consumer journey mapping, CRM form synchronization, SMS implementation, AI activation, DCO integration, user testing and analytics, SEO optimization, site health, email campaign design, and digital campaign integration across NewSouth’s websites.
Responsibilities:- Build and optimize websites and landing pages (LPO) for lead generation.
- Implement SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and traffic.
- Design, test, and analyze UX/UI to improve conversion rates.
- Manage form integrations with CRM and marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with ad teams on Google Ads and Facebook campaigns.
- Analyze user behavior and funnel performance to refine the customer journey.
- Ensure cohesive digital experience across multiple marketing channels.
- Maintain and update WordPress sites for ongoing campaigns.
- 6+ years’ experience in website design, digital marketing, or UX/UI optimization.
- Proven success in LPO, SEO, and analytics-driven site improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and WordPress CMS.
- Experience with form integrations and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and A/B testing platforms.
- Multi-channel digital marketing experience strongly preferred.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, or Certifications
- Google, Facebook, YouTube analytics/ad certification.
- Project management certification or software experience.
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or MBA, with emphasis in marketing analytics, digital strategy, or business growth.
