 Celtic Property Management is looking for a high-energy, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our Ventana Estates community near Broadway and Ellsworth!

If you take pride in your work, know your way around HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and all things make-ready and you’re ready to hit the ground running with tools in hand we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Keep our community in top shape through daily maintenance and repairs
   
• Handle apartment turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance
   
• Tackle HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry work
   
• Work closely with your property team to ensure our residents love where they live

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in multifamily or property maintenance
   
• Strong troubleshooting skills and dependable work ethic
   
• Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
   
• Team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and get things done
