Responsibilities:
- Strategy and planning:
> Develop and implement innovative hiring plans and recruitment strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Sourcing and engagement:
> Actively source candidates through online platforms, social media, career fairs, and other channels to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.
- Recruitment process management:
> Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting and candidate assessment to interviews, selection, and extending offers.
- Stakeholder collaboration:
> Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define candidate criteria, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Candidate experience:
> Ensure a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, providing them with information on the role, salary, benefits, and company culture.
- Metrics and reporting:
> Monitor key recruitment metrics, use data to provide actionable insights, and prepare reports on hiring outcomes and efficiency.
- Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
> Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence and attract top talent.
> Maintain a consistent, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
> Partner with Marketing and Communications teams to enhance the company’s online presence and career site.
- Process Optimization
> Evaluate and implement recruiting tools, systems, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
> Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, job boards, and technology vendors.
>Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Onboarding:
> Collaborate with the HR Operations Specialist on the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience recruiting across multiple business functions and levels, including professional, technical, and leadership roles.
- Deep sourcing and headhunting skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices and employment law.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term hiring needs with long-term workforce goals.
Other Information:
Hybrid Work Model
At our Canton location, employees will be on site Monday - Thursday. At our Omaha location, employees will be on site 2 days per week.
