ABOUT THE ROLE
Wild is a premium Personal Care brand, with a highly attractive brand proposition, a highly unique and desirable product offering, a thriving Direct To Consumer business, and is expanding rapidly into retail channels, both Dcom and ‘Bricks and Mortar’
The Wild Value Creation Manager is a critical role and will be one of the first Unilever employees working closely with the Wild organisation. This role will report to the Chief Value Creation Officer and support Wild to accelerate growth by collaborating with Unilever on commercial strategy, retail execution, supply chain and R&D.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• To drive the overall onboarding and value creation project
• To design the details of commercial strategy and collaboration between Wild and Unilever CD and marketing teams
• To facilitate and coordinate the relationship between Unilever functions and Wild in R&D, SC, Finance, CD, HR to unlock value
• To codify the best practices of Wild and Unilever respectively to help leverage both sides
• Work with Wild marketing team to evolve the marketing strategy from a DTC focused model to true omnichannel to unlock the next phase of growth.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
• 3+ years experience within Unilever
• CD, Marketing, CSP, SC are all relevant backgrounds providing the applicant is willing to learn and step into cross-functional work
• Highly driven and self-starter. Seize opportunities and creatively work through challenges
• Highly adaptable personal style and soft skills
• Excited to join a start-up company and embrace a new culture

• Strong Leadership skills, able to work independently, able to drive results and land projects
• Knowledge of business fundamentals (CD, CSP, marketing, SC)
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time, including both short-term and long-term goals

• Be a positive, sensitive and caring ambassador for Unilever in a potentially difficult environment

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Could require travel – need to be flexible
