Job Title: Lead Behavior Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA 19138
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: $40,000 - $50,000
Join Green Tree School & Services, an Approved Private School (APS) providing specialized, full-time out-of-district placements for students with emotional and autism support needs. Your Role as a Lead Behavior Manager
- Leadership & Supervision - Provide direct supervision and leadership to Behavior Managers to ensure program quality, integrity, and safety for both students and staff.
- Positive Behavior Support & Crisis Management - Role model the implementation of Positive Behavior Support (PBS) and Crisis Prevention strategies while ensuring adherence to all standards and protocols during Personal Emergency Interventions.
- Compliance & Expertise - Maintain and provide expertise on all applicable laws, regulations, and policies regarding PBS to ensure best practices are consistently applied.
- Daily Operations - Lead daily morning briefings to discuss student and school updates, staff deployment, and safety plans.
- Debriefings & Trainings - Conduct and facilitate debriefing meetings and staff trainings to reinforce effective behavior management strategies.
- Crisis Response - Lead the on-site management of crisis-level behavioral incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Data Collection & Analysis - Collect, analyze, and report on behavioral and programmatic data—including frequency tracking, replacement skill usage, incident monitoring, and restrictive procedure application—in collaboration with the Behavior Analyst and Director of Behavioral Services.
- Coaching & Staff Development - Provide modeling and coaching to educational staff to strengthen behavior management and overall milieu management practices.
- Safety Oversight - Ensure a safe environment by implementing safety procedures, notifying appropriate parties of incidents, and regularly evaluating the environment for safety risks.
- Performance Management - Supervise, evaluate, and address performance deficiencies among Behavior Managers to promote continuous improvement and accountability.

Preferred (Nice to Have) Qualifications:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) certification.
- Experience working in special education, mental health, or behavioral support such as an ABA Therapist, Direct Support, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Behavioral Health Technician, Paraprofessional, or Teacher Assistant.
