Summary
The Talent Acquisition Lead- leads OneWall’s end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires top-tier talent to support operational excellence and growth across all properties and corporate functions. This role is responsible for leveraging the full capabilities of ADP Workforce Now, optimizing talent pipelines through LinkedIn, career websites, and digital marketing, and proactively building relationships within the property management industry.
The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a strategic partner to department and regional leaders—driving sourcing initiatives, improving the candidate experience, and maintaining a forward-looking approach to workforce planning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition through onboarding, ensuring consistent, high-quality execution aligned with OneWall’s values and brand.
- Administer and maximize ADP Workforce Now Recruiting and Onboarding modules, ensuring accurate job postings, requisition management, workflow automation, and compliance.
- Manage the company’s LinkedIn and career site presence, creating compelling job postings and employer branding content to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
- Develop and execute digital and social media recruitment campaigns, expanding reach through innovative marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and frequently hired positions, with ongoing outreach to industry networks, universities, and community partners.
- Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to understand staffing needs, set hiring strategies, and advise on market conditions.
- Conduct structured screening, behavioral interviewing, and assessment alignment to ensure selection of candidates who meet both technical and cultural requirements.
- Lead recruitment events and represent OneWall at job fairs, property management associations, and local workforce initiatives.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies.
- Participate in ongoing HR projects and initiatives, including diversity recruitment, workforce planning, and internal mobility programs.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within property management, real estate, or multifamily housing.
- Proven experience using ADP Workforce Now (Recruitment, Onboarding, and Core HR) or comparable HRIS/ATS systems.
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and career website management.
- Strong understanding of employment branding, social media marketing, and sourcing best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, engage, and cultivate top talent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal and consultative abilities.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential preferred.
