About the Role
TrendSpider is building a growing marketplace of third-party strategies, indicators, scanners, and bots for our users. We’re looking for a hands-on operator to help expand this ecosystem — recruiting developers, onboarding their tools, coordinating promotions, and keeping everything running smoothly. You’ll work directly with leadership to execute on marketplace growth goals and ensure creators and customers alike have a great experience.
What You’ll Do
Source and reach out to potential developers, quant traders, and algorithmic shops to join the marketplace
Manage the developer onboarding process: application intake, testing coordination, documentation, approvals, and updates
Coordinate marketing efforts to feature new or high-performing marketplace listings (email, site banners, social, blog, webinars)
Track store performance metrics, developer activity, and user adoption; prepare regular reports and insights
Assist with payouts, basic revenue tracking, and issue resolution (refunds, fraud checks, etc.)
Maintain marketplace listings — descriptions, screenshots, updates — to ensure quality and consistency
Communicate regularly with developers to provide feedback, answer questions, and ensure ongoing engagement
Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, marketing) to streamline operations and improve processe
What You Bring
2–5 years of experience in business development, account management, partnerships, or marketplace operations
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple developer relationships and tasks simultaneously
Clear, professional communication — both written and verbal
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, metrics dashboards, and light technical concepts (APIs, integrations)
Experience with software, fintech, or trading tools a plus
Analytical mindset — eager to learn from data and improve outcomes
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment

TrendSpider offers generous compensation packages. Our salaries are based on market rates, experience and capacity. Thus, a wide range is provided. Experience will be a determining factor. Additionally, TrendSpider offers the following benefits:
