Ready to own site financial performance, drive cost efficiency, and lead with insight across global supply chain sites?

As a Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing & Distribution, your insights will shape the future of our manufacturing and distribution operations. You’ll be at the heart of financial reporting, delivering accurate, timely analysis that drives smarter decisions and drives continuous improvement. Working side by side with site leaders, suppliers, and our Support Office teams, you’ll turn numbers into strategy, lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, and uncover opportunities to boost performance across the supply chain.

You’ll take ownership of month-end processes and manage end-to-end P&Ls across multiple manufacturing sites. You’ll work closely with leadership to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency. From leading site-level budgeting and forecasting to evaluating capital investments and supporting commercial projects, you’ll play a key part in shaping financial performance and driving smarter decisions across our supply chain.

You’ll transform site KPIs into clear, actionable stories that give stakeholders the clarity they need to act with confidence. Partnering with FP&A, you’ll dive into P&L and cost-per-unit metrics to uncover trends, highlight opportunities, and ensure financial transparency that supports strategic planning. You’ll build strong relationships by creating open, honest conversations that initiate collaboration and drive progress. With a focus on partnership and influence, you’ll guide stakeholders through financial decisions and mentor your team to grow confidence and capability across the business.

We’re looking for someone who’s qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), with a solid understanding of accounting principles, processes, and controls. You’re a natural problem-solver with advanced Excel skills and a sharp analytical approach to turning data into decisions. From building robust financial models to solving complex challenges, you’ll turn data into direction. Your ability to coach and influence across teams will help drive smarter decisions, stronger collaboration, and lasting impact across the business.

This role involves travelling 6 days per month to manufacturing and distribution sites across the UK.
