Current within three (3) years - Successful High School Head Softball Coaching or Varsity Experience Required
Demonstrated success and/or a detailed plan with building a softball program Required
Demonstrated success and/or a detailed plan with softball program’s community involvement Required
Demonstrated success with youth softball program or program feeder system - Preferred
