IGT/Everi is looking for a Commercial Insights Manager!

This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into data and spotting trends others miss. The right candidate understands how games perform on real casino floors, tracks competitor success, and delivers insights that directly shape how new products are designed, marketed, and optimized.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Conduct ongoing competitor tracking across Class II, CDS, and HHR (features, mechanics, volatility, signage, and cabinet presence).
  • Partner with Gaming Ops/RevMax to identify floor optimization and revenue opportunities.
  • Analyze internal and external performance data to identify product gaps and strengths.
  • Build and maintain a competitive game matrix covering mechanics, player segments, and performance indices.
  • Deliver concise “Market & Competitor Briefs” highlighting trends and shifts in player demand.
  • Provide insights to the Director, Commercial Innovation & Product Strategy to influence feature and product priorities.
  • Support sales and marketing with competitive and market positioning materials.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

  • 5–8 years in gaming analytics, competitive intelligence, or market research.
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights.
  • Understanding of slot performance metrics and casino operations.
  • Experience collaborating with revenue management or field optimization teams.
Nice-to-haves
  • Experience with gaming analytics tools or casino performance databases.
  • Prior exposure to Class II or specialty gaming markets.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Field experience in casino operations, product marketing, or game analysis.
Software Knowledge/Experience Required

  • Excel (advanced) and Power BI (or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with Airtable, Tableau, or internal analytics dashboards

That’s why the compensation range for this role is $106,000 - $133,000 annually, with room to go higher or lower depending on the full picture. We also follow all local pay laws and collective bargaining agreements, so everything’s above board.
