Why We Need Your Talents:

The Digital Marketing Analyst will implement email and mobile app communication.  They will have a strong knowledge and understanding of creating, testing and troubleshooting email templates, regularly reviewing email related reporting to monitor deliverability, certification and mailing success.

Responsibilities:

 

Where You'll Make an Impact:

  • Reports to Manager of Digital Marketing
  • Implement email and SMS builds and deployments across the enterprise
  • Perform UX/UI assessments for conversion optimization and have a working knowledge of front-end development and production
  • Understand all technologies and systems used in the role and their dependencies on one another
  • Audit content strategy and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, content, email, search, social, and mobile
  • Utilize creativity with photo editing and written and verbal communication, have a knack for writing copy

  • Have complete knowledge of all Marketing and property wide activities.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming License as mandated by the Maryland Lottery & Gaming Control Agency and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Qualifications:

   

Must-Haves:

  • One (1) year of varied digital marketing experience
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is recommended
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board for the position.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work irregular hours and extended shifts, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work extended hours across all shifts in a 24/7 work environment.
