A day in the life:

  • Interface with customers effectively and complete installations of on-net data services and customer hand-offs.
  • Assemble and install wall mounts, cabinets, and equipment racks.
  • Cabling and conduit installation (run and terminate cables, including Cat5/6, power, RG8, and fiber).
  • Perform post-installation inspections, and recommend corrective action.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Ability to satisfactorily accomplish multiple tasks
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, and to adjust to changing schedules and priorities.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Familiarity and experience with construction techniques.
  • Familiarity with networks and telecommunication issues (both hardware and software).
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and be able to drive to/from the WiLine Networks office, job sites, suppliers, etc. as needed in either a personal or company-supplied vehicle.
  • Proficient in Internet-related applications such as email clients, and web browsers.
  • Must be able to effectively execute duties with minimum direction.
  • Must be able to work well with others, and concisely document and explain customer-specific issues.
  • Previous tower climbing and safety certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Salary Description
$19-$25 per hour
