Duties
You will organize, set, and monitor workflow of the center.,You will identify installation needs and concerns and present plans, recommendations and assistance to influence readiness and retention issues.,You will maintain close and continuous contact with leadership, first responders and supporting organizations (medical treatment facilities, law enforcement, legal, chaplain, MWR, American Red Cross) to leverage programs and services effectively.,You will develop plans and directs uses of appropriated and non-appropriated fund resources to ensure delivery of programs and services provided by the installation.,You will establish and maintain an informal network with on and off-base human service agencies to establish and deliver services and to promote command activities and services.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing social/human services delivery systems and concepts, principles and theories relating to one or more of the social and behavioral science fields, education, or any field which allows you to perform the job; 2) Uses State, Federal, and municipal human service laws, programs, policies, and directives; 3) Utilizes contemporary human service principles, practices, and research methodologies; 4) Oversees organizational development and management techniques required to direct complex, simultaneous programs; and 5) Mastery of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of program effectiveness or the improvement of complex management processes and systems.
