Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily walkthroughs to assess the cleanliness and condition of guest rooms and public areas
  • Review daily housekeeping reports and prepare inspection worksheets for each assigned floor
  • Coordinate with the Front Desk to update room status and resolve discrepancies
  • Inspect all vacant, stayover, cleaned, and VIP rooms, reporting and addressing any deficiencies
  • Ensure rooms are properly stocked and deep cleaned as scheduled
  • Review completed assignments for accuracy and quality at the end of each shift
  • Complete inspection sheets for each room attendant in assigned areas
  • Report maintenance issues to Engineering and coordinate necessary repairs or special projects
  • Prepare work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain clear communication with the housekeeping, maintenance and front office teams to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications


  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or related professional area.
  • Developed English skills (written and orally)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Frequent bending, standing and walking.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
