As an Administrative Assistant III, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Logistics and Materials Management departments across UCLA Health. This is a high-impact position where your attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical mindset will help keep essential operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage daily administrative tasks, assist department leadership, and support staff coordination. You’ll handle confidential information, track and analyze data, prepare reports, and support quality improvement efforts. You’ll also be responsible for processing and reconciling invoices, coordinating with Procurement and Accounts Payable, and ensuring timely monthly recharges. This role includes a mix of administrative, financial, and project-based work, along with serving as the department’s main point of contact for incoming calls.
