Automotive Service Technician "B-Level" at Performance Lexus Northern Kentucky

Description

Performance Lexus of Northern Kentucky is looking for skilled and detail-oriented individuals with B-Level automotive technician experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality of engine repairs and electrical diagnostics, as well as performing scheduled maintenance. 

Compensation: 

• $56,000.00 to $90,000.00 Flat Rate (experience-based)
• $7,500.00 Sign-on Bonus Potential (Ask hiring manager for details)
• Cash Bonus Giveaway Outing Every Three Months

Work Schedule:

• 40 Hours Per Week
• Four 10 Hour Days / Off Three Days

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of Toyota vehicles, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues, providing accurate and thorough inspections.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding repair status and recommend additional services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety procedures and protocols.
• Stay up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with Toyota or similar brands.
• ASE certification preferred; willingness to pursue further certifications is a plus.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a driving record allowing you to drive customers and company vehicles.
