We are seeking an experienced Inbound Receiver, in Lancaster, PA.

Training will occur on 1st shift, Mon - Fri, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM.

Once trained, the schedule will flex with the needs of the business with a primary schedule of Monday - Friday 9:30AM – 6:00PM.

Primary responsibilities will include:

Managing all receiving types into the facility, either physically or virtually for proper billing. Including but not limited to subcontracting, toll processing, direct shipments to customers, PCM material, metal coater, Bluescope and Amerinox, etc.

Performing advanced SAP functions to support proper billing of the facility, i.e. creating mill codes, missing railcar numbers, transferring material between warehouses, etc.

Managing all SSRS reports (Mill Heat Audit, Quality Inspection Audit, Decan Coil Report, Missing Railcar Number Report, Partial Vendor Audit Reports, Random Length Audit Report) to ensure inventory is properly managed and accounted for in the entire facility.

Inspecting inbound material as needed to confirm material being delivered matches purchase order.

Scanning bills of lading and inbound material certifications, for all subcontract and inbound material on truck and rail, then creating document information records.

Using scales, overhead crane, forklift, rail tugger, and side loader.

Supporting and contributing to the success of our continuous improvement process, including commitment to continuous improvement, driving improvements and innovations, taking actions to meet improvement targets, actively contributing to the improvement process, and demonstrating a positive attitude regarding the continuous improvement process.

Our next team members will possess the following educational and work experiences:

High school diploma or GED required

Certification in forklift, side loader, rail tugger and overhead crane operations

Advanced computer skills including SAP, MS Office, etc.

Valid PA drivers' license

The ability to work overtime and weekends, based on business demands
