The ideal skunk is an agile, multi-faceted teammate who loves to solve our customer's most difficult challenges. Some of our unclassified projects include the U-2, SR-71 Blackbird, F-22 Raptor, F-117 Nighthawk, and the F-35 Lightening II.
Core Responsibilities
SAP/SAR Management Oversee security for multiple Special Access Programs within the P731 portfolio.
Security Planning Develop and maintain security plans, facility checklists, and physical‑security controls for SAP facilities (SAPFs).
Personnel Security Process and verify access requests, ensuring candidates meet clearance and investigative requirements; coordinate program access approvals.
Physical & COMSEC Supervise secure communications/computing, COMSEC, and courier procedures; conduct facility inspections and SAPF area reviews.
Training & Education Deliver security‑awareness classes; update training material as needed.
Incident Management Investigate security violations, produce written incident reports, and recommend preventive actions.
Coordination Liaise with program managers, security personnel, and external agencies on SAP/SAR visits and access coordination.

Basic Qualifications
-Proven experience as a Top Secret Control Officer (TSCO) or equivalent role.
-Direct experience managing Special Access Programs (SAPs) and Special Access Requirements (SARs).
-Ability to conduct security education, investigations, and detailed reporting.
-Familiarity with courier procedures, facility checklists, and secure communications.
Desired skills

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
