Position Overview
Clover Garden School is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and student-focused Title 1 Teacher Assistant.
Due to Title I grant funding availability for the 2025-2026 school year, we are looking for a full-
time teacher assistant to help support our teachers and students in the classrooms at the
Elementary level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the lead teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
- Providing one-on-one or small-group instruction
- Supervising students in various settings
- Track and record student progress, which may include assisting with grading homework and tests
- Help enforce classroom rules and procedures, and maintain a positive and orderly learning environment
- Help the teacher prepare and organize classroom materials, set up equipment, and create displays
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum Degree Level: Associate's Degree
Minimum Experience/Requirements: Candidates must meet at least one of the following
criteria:
1) hold at least an Associate’s Degree
2) 48-semester hours of transferable college coursework (GPA of 2.0 or higher), or
3) have 96-contact hours of college coursework plus passing scores on the
WorkKeys test.
