You Are:
An Enterprise Search Application Architect, you will play a pivotal role in providing search solutions for enterprise systems; support structured and unstructured data ingestion, data enrichment/transformation, indexing and retrieval processes; and support integration between Endeca and source systems such as ATG, Salesforce, CMS and text files.
The Work:
- Support continuous design and customization of business tools to support merchandising campaigns and customer segmentation/targeting features such as custom landing pages, banners, boosting, demoting, pinning, sorting, and faceting of products
- Support the implementation of appropriate relevance strategies, product ranking, auto-suggest, spell correction, stemming, synonyms and phrases
- Support analysis of minor details to increase performance and search for usability
- Provide regular analysis of customer click-stream data to understand customer intent and provide relevant feedback and guidance to business to improve search results based on user’s behavior
- Proactively identify and work with business and IT to resolve technical risks and bottlenecks.
- Daily tasks will range from coding in Java/JSON/XML, shells scripting, configuration updates, design & architecting, unit testing, user training, creating ROMs and new feature analysis, documentation, mitigation and troubleshooting of security and production issues and business collaboration
Here’s What You Need:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10 + years of relevant experience with Oracle Commerce (Endeca, ATG, BCC), Apache Solr, Elasticsearch, Oracle & MS Databases, and Java
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience working in a federal or public sector environment
Security Clearance:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance.
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:
$93,400—$176,200 USD
