Airport Rental Agent $18-$22/HR at Budget Car and Truck Rental of Omaha

Description

We are taking applications for Rental Agents to join our airport team. This position would be full-time or part-time. Duties include finalizing reservations, closing sales, inspecting vehicles, and providing our clients with excellent customer service. Budget has a team oriented work environment with a collaborate culture that emphasizes rewarding individual contribution. 

After commission, Rental Agents can earn well over $20/hr. Benefits include PTO, Sick time, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K Matching, Paid Holidays, and Holiday Pay.

Job Duties

Greet customers and address customer inquiries

Perform sales and educate customers on product details

Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions

Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage

Report damages to on-duty supervisors

Scan returning vehicles back into system

Provide computerized receipts to customer

Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.

Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of customer service experience

Professional communication skills

Problem resolution experience

Minimum age of 18

Valid driver's license

Clean driving record
