Do you enjoy keeping projects organized and running smoothly behind the scenes? Join PEMCCO as a Scheduling Technician/Scheduler I, where you’ll provide hands-on technical and administrative support in developing, updating, and distributing CPM schedules and reports. In this role, you’ll contribute to schedule management and project tracking, gaining valuable experience in coordinating and supporting project delivery from an entry to mid-level perspective.

Essential Functions 

      • Input progress updates and verify data accuracy in Primavera P6.
      • Maintain logs, calendars, and milestone checklists.
      • Generate standard schedule reports, charts, and presentations.
      • Coordinate with field staff to collect weekly progress data.
      • Support QA reviews and deliverable formatting.

      Competencies   

        • Foundational knowledge of CPM principles and data entry accuracy.
        • Proficiency in MS Office; introductory exposure to P6.
        • Ability to multitask in a deadline‑driven environment.

          Required Qualifications

            • Associate degree or technical diploma in construction, IT, or related field.
            • 2 – 5 years of experience in scheduling or construction administration.
            • Valid driver’s license for travel to job sites.

            Preferred Qualifications

                • Coursework or certification in project scheduling or controls.

                Compensation
                •   $70 – $90 hourly, depending on experience, ability, and capability.
