As a Principal PKI Administrator, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional IT support to the customer. As a Principal PKI Administrator, you'll provide ongoing support to existing users with certificates and tokens, issue certificates and tokens to new personnel, and assist in developing and drafting PKI policies and procedures. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting, revocation, renewal, and recovery processes to maintain secure access and minimize disruptions.

Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience in PKI administration, with hands-on expertise supporting certificate/token issuance, user support, and policy development in government or large enterprise environments
- Proven track record managing PKI systems (e.g., Microsoft CA, Entrust) for secure credential lifecycle in regulated settings
- Active DoD Secret Clearance (must be current and transferable)
- Strong knowledge of federal PKI standards (e.g., NIST 800-57, FISMA) and ITIL practices for service security and configuration management
- Proficiency in PKI tools (e.g., OpenSSL, Keytool) and identity management platforms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills for user support and policy collaboration
- Applies extensive expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines, with the ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignment
