We’re seeking a results-driven Property Manager to lead the management of distressed properties, balancing strategic oversight and hands-on operational execution to enhance revenue, improve resident satisfaction, and manage multiple ongoing projects.

💼 About the Role

As a Property Manager – Distressed Properties, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of 5+ professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment

• Drive revenue through effective marketing strategies and occupancy optimization

• Implement innovative approaches to minimize resident and employee turnover and maximize retention

• Proactively address crises with creative, resourceful solutions that reduce disruption

• Oversee all resident communications to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective and timely project completion

• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects of varying urgency and timelines

• Utilize analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues and create effective resolutions

• Work independently while prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

✅ What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Property Manager

• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing distressed properties

• Preferred experience managing a scattered portfolio

• Proven leadership in managing a team of 5 or more

• Exceptional communication skills, particularly for resident relations and stakeholder reporting

• Self-starter with critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset

💵 Pay & Perks

• $55,000/year starting salary
