Supports financial, budget and business goals.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESupport the front line by assisting with start-ups, acting as support for a reasonable number of sites.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist team members to achieve operational and financial performance at sites through their support, tracking initiatives, and consulting initiatives.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EIntegrate Vituity resources and services to support, enhance, and innovate practices.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ESupport initiatives for regional activities and team meetings.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWork with programs and innovation to support collaboratives by identifying sites ready for change, identifying resources to support, and presenting as requested.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEnsure operational performance in collaboration with Practice Operations Director and Medical Team.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEnsure quality metrics are met.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EImplement, coordinate, and execute policies and operational initiatives for division.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProvide operational support including revenue cycle management, educational programs, and Business Development support.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETravel as needed to practice locations for personnel and project support. %26nbsp;%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EEstablish standards and objectives for department personnel, defining expectations and goals based on individual skill sets.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EReview performance evaluations on a semi-annual basis and conduct annual performance reviews and goal setting.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EMeet regularly with department personnel, as a group and individually as needed.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EOversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and counseling of department employees in cooperation with physician leaders.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EConduct staffing analyses, gap analyses, and forecast department staffing needs.
