A lovely family located near Bennetts Pond State Park is seeking a nurturing, experienced nanny to care for two newborn infants. The babies were born prematurely and require gentle, knowledgeable care from someone patient, observant, and willing to learn and to follow family’s guidance and expectations. There are two small dogs and two cats within the home. No pet care is needed.

Schedule:
Start Date: ASAP
End Date/Length of Position: Ongoing, minimum 6 months commitment

- Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Bottle feeding every 3 hours (mix of breast milk and formula)
- Maintaining baby’s feeding schedule
- Maintaining daily notes/logs of feedings/care for family to refer to each day
- Diapering and overall newborn care
- Light tidying related to children
- Swaddle and soothe as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of paid professional infant childcare experience
- CPR certified (or willingness to become certified)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
- Able to successfully pass a background and social media screening
- Experience with premature infants is highly preferred
- Comfortable around pets (2 small dogs and 2 cats)
Compensation
This position pays $30-35 an hour depending on experience for 40 hours a week
