Oversee and procure all paperwork from seminaries. Communicate with Seminaries to be sure students are doing well, Schedule visits and talks. Plan events at seminaries, Recruit for Sarah Hartman Women’s College at all seminaries.
Responsibilities:RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Oversight and procurement of all required paperwork from seminaries.
This includes:
▪ Personal contact with every seminary on the IO program during the first two weeks of the program to confirm student presence on the program and the presence of a signed contract (sent by HTC).
▪ Contact every seminary on the IO program at the end of January to obtain Fall grades.
▪ Contact every seminary on the IO program at the end of July to obtain all student final grade forms.
2. Communication with seminaries regarding HTC visits, talks and events
▪ Communication with seminaries to ensure that all HTC requirements and procedures are progressing as needed and that our students are doing well.
▪ Connect with IO students (obtaining Israeli phone numbers and email addresses for each student) to ensure attendance at all mandatory events, provide general support and offer to assist with Shabbos placement if needed.
▪ Schedule and coordinate SHWCT leadership visits at the Seminaries per their yearly schedule of visits.
▪ Conduct an end of year review regarding the student performance and program successes and challenges.

3. Planning of events:
▪ Student gift and welcome
▪ October-November: Orientation and Melava Malka with Students
▪ February: Seminary meetings and speaking engagements / Event at Riccota
▪ Pop-up Events to connect with possible new students
▪ May: Schedule advising meetings for all incoming students with Dean
▪ Obtain all PR gifts in collaboration with Touro Israel. E.g. Orientation Pamphlet, sweatshirt, tote bag, mini notebooks, pens, water bottles etc. (Elisheva Stadler?)
4. Recruitment:
▪ Placement of event flyers in seminaries as appropriate.
▪ Encourage students to bring new students, not on IO, to all events
▪ Seminary pop-up events during the year to meet with students in small groups to promote the college.
▪ Maintain contact with IO students and new students throughout the year via phone, text, and informal get togethers.
▪ Assist with new student application and registration from Israel.
