Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, handling inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a smooth client experience. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving client concerns and ensuring satisfaction

• Accurately input and update customer information in the CRM

• Maintain strong knowledge of our services and remodeling options

• Follow communication scripts and guidelines for consistent service

• Handle escalations or complaints with empathy and a solutions-first mindset

• Make outbound calls to support current and potential customers as needed

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve company goals

• Perform additional administrative or customer support duties as assigned

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal (bilingual candidates encouraged to apply)

• Customer service or call center experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills

• Professional phone etiquette and active listening abilities

• Problem-solving and analytical skills
