As a Senior FP&A Analyst, they will play a critical role in supporting Vibrant’s strategic financial planning and operational decision-making. This position will lead key financial analyses, develop models, and provide actionable insights that drive profitability, cost efficiency, and business growth. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, leveraging data to influence strategy and performance across functions.

- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
- Analyze costs, variances, and key operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights that support data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare monthly performance dashboards, variance analyses, and KPI reports.
- Support month-end close processes, including accruals, journal entries, and reconciliations related to FP&A.
- Lead capital expenditure planning and investment analyses, including ROI and payback modeling.
- Contribute to enhancements of FP&A systems and processes (e.g., ERP, BI, and consolidation tools).
- Prepare and deliver presentations and financial reports for senior leadership and board-level discussions.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis—preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, Power BI, Excel); knowledge of financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Collaborative mindset and self-starter attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
