Job Responsibilities:

• Install, replace, and upgrade residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related equipment.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job plans to determine installation procedures and material requirements.
• Ensure all installations meet local plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
• Test installed systems for leaks, proper functionality, and overall performance.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding work performed, system operation, and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in customers’ homes and company vehicles.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, sales, and team members to ensure efficient job completion and customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use proper PPE and tools for each task.
• Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company with professionalism and integrity at all time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of plumbing experience required.
• Some type of plumbing license preferred but not required: Residential, Journeyman’s, Masters.
• Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Clean background check.
