Alliance Dealer Solutions is hiring a Lot Monitor for our automotive dealership partner, Motor Werks of Barrington. As a Lot Monitor, you play a crucial role at the dealership, ensuring safety. A Lot Monitor, your duties include patrolling and monitoring the dealership property, vehicles, and vehicles transport drop offs. 

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Monitoring: Oversee weekend lot operations.

• Reporting: Report any suspicious activity to proper dealership leadership, internal leaders and authorities (if applicable). 

• Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other tasks as required to ensure the smooth operation of the dealership.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Valid Driver's License: Necessary for moving and positioning vehicles safely and legally.

• Age Requirement: 18 years or older.

• Previous Experience: Experience in a similar role can be advantageous but is not required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
