Your Role
The Project Manager, Senior, will report to the Sr. Principal, Strategic Planning & Performance. In this role you will support the enterprise-wide rollout of the Family of Companies HR operating model, focusing on vendor and contracts management. This is a short-term, 6-month assignment, which may be extended if needed.
*This is a Short-term Employment (Temporary Full-time) role.
Responsibilities
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Support a large-scale, complex project that involves multiple internal and external stakeholders
Serve as primary point of contact with HR for contract status and updates
Assist with vendor outreach to request documents, clarify terms, and drive timely responses
Escalate and help resolve contract issues, coordinate with Global Business Services, Legal, Finance and business owners
Proactively monitor contracts updates, flag bottlenecks, interdependencies, and at-risk items
Maintain and update master HR contracts register for Family of Companies
Prepare weekly dashboards and summaries
Ensure compliance with contracting policies and record-keeping requirements
Assist with cross-functional working sessions, capture decisions, owners, due dates and follow through to closure
Provide general support to Family of Companies Project Lead and assist with other project work as needed
Qualifications
Your Knowledge and Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources or project management
Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant project management experience
Requires excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Requires one to be a team player who takes initiative and enjoys working independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Requires proven relationship building skills, able to effectively build formal and informal relationship networks inside the organization and work in team settings to achieve goals

Two Ways of Working:
- Hybrid (Default): Work from a business unit-approved office at least two (2) times per month (for roles below Director-level) or once per week (for Director-level roles and above). Exceptions:
o Member-facing and approved out-of-state roles remain remote.
o Employees living more than 50 miles from their assigned offices are expected to work with their managers on a plan for periodic office visits.
o For employees with medical conditions that may impact their ability to work in-office, we are committed to engaging in an interactive process and providing reasonable accommodations to ensure their work environment is conducive to their success and well-being.
- On-Site: Work from a business unit-approved office an average of four (4) or more days a week.

Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
